Team Rostering

COACHES - (please read all the instructions before proceeding)

>TEAMS ROSTERING THROUGH A AFFILIATED KANSAS NBC LEAGUE<

• Get your league's affiliation number from your league official

>TRAVELING TEAMS OR TEAMS NOT PLAYING IN A KANSAS NBC AFFILIATED LEAGUE<

• Use league affiliation number: 1041 (Open League)

1. ENTER THE LEAGUE AFFILIATION NUMBER AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE, BUT READ THE FOLLOWING INFO BEFORE YOU PROCEED-

• After you enter the league affiliation number the league's affiliation page will appear
• Click "Register a Team", near the top of the page
• A blank team roster will appear
• COPY DOWN YOUR TEAM NUMBER!! Your team number will be needed to enter all NBC sanctioned tournaments, and so you can view and download your team roster.
• Fill out all the required information

a. Before you submit your team roster:

• Double check all your roster information, because you WILL NOT be able to go back and make changes/corrections, once the roster is submitted. To make any changes you must contact the State Tournament Administrator

b. Teams using league affiliation number 1041 (Open League):

• When you submit your roster, a form will appear for you to pay the $30 rostering fee. Your team's roster will not be accepted without payment.

2. SUBMIT YOUR TEAM'S ROSTER

4 IMPORTANT DATES FOR ALL COACHES!!!

1. JUNE 15 - Last day to roster a team - players added after this date must come from an NBC rostered team

2. JUNE 29 - Last day to enter a Kansas NBC State Tournament

3. JULY 2 - Team roster "lockdown" day - no players can be added to a team roster after this date

4. JULY 13 - Start of all Kansas NBC State Tournaments
